Our Legal Assistant plays a key role supporting the DeMine Immigration legal team, helping attorneys and paralegals manage cases and keep client work moving smoothly. This is an opportunity to grow within a firm dedicated to helping immigrant families navigate the legal process with clarity and confidence.

Case & Document Support
Prepare and organize case filings, forms, and correspondence alongside our attorneys and paralegals.

Client Communication
Serve as a warm, professional point of contact for clients throughout their case, in person and by phone.

Team & Calendar Support
Manage deadlines and calendars, and work closely with our attorneys in a collaborative office environment.
Before You Apply
Legal Assistant Requirements
Experience
Prior experience as a legal assistant or in an office setting is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates eager to learn immigration law.
Language
Bilingual proficiency in English and a second language is required. We accept Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Portuguese.
Availability
Full-time, in-office at our Fort Myers location.
Skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced legal environment.
